I bought my first CRK 2 months ago. A Small Seb 21. Immediately bought a Large Inkosi (S45VN though) with natural canvas inlays. And then totally went bananas and bought a LG Seb 31 in MagnaCut with black canvas micarta inlays. New this time, cost me the price of the other 2 alone 😅In Europe a inlay large Seb 31 is between 750 and 800€ so, it's not cheap !
I've been carrying the small sebenza 31 everyday for almost a year now. They patina really nicely instead of just looking beat up like a lot of modern knives do. I also have the have the small Inkosi.
Small sebenza 31 is my edc more then 2 years.
The perfect edc for me.
Chris Reeve magnacut is 63-64 rc.

I just ordered mine last night from knives ship free for a hell of a good deal at $500 and free shipping and no sales tax! Mines the EXACT copy of yours. I’m sooooooo excited to get it too! It’ll be my first CRK and nicest knife to date that I’ve ever owned.

Nice. I have 12 CRK in the collection. I prefer the Sebenza over the inkosi and the zann over both.
I have the same knife just tanto blade love it one of my favorite for sure. I love the way it fills in hand.
I have this on my Grail List or a Sebenza 31. Hope to get one next year.
I’ve owned a bunch of crk’s and love them all. The small variants are a bit too small for my hands, but my mini tanto sebenza is still a phenomenal light weight edc. My large inkosi, sebenza 31 and zaan get more carry time than the rest though. But they gets swapped around between my arius, sng and smf, my mac 2 3.5 and my xm18 3.5 fullered non flipper.

I have several - you just bought one of the best knives ever made, it’s perfect.
Great vid. I have several CRK’s in multiple sizes and configurations - no matter how much I tell myself I prefer the insingo, no matter how much I convince myself it’s more utilitarian, I just can’t get my large PJ drop point Magnacut Inkosi out of my pocket (except for when I sent her in for double silver lugs). I do love my PJ small Seb 31 insingo almost as much though. Keep up the great work.
Clean looking knife. I do have a question for you though. I was thinking about getting a Benchmade. Is the 940 the large version? I have between large and extra-large hands and like a FULL sized knife to hold onto.
The 940- are the the full sized ones. I believe it’s 942 or 945 that are the small ones.
Beauty! I have the large plain jane s45vn drop point Inkosi. It's my favorite knife. Recently I sold 20 knives and picked up a large Sebenza 31 inlay in S45vn. It's a little lighter and more hand filling than the Inkosi. Both are incredible knives.
I hope to get a CRK one day 🙏🏾

Got my first CRK a couple months ago. Its a large inkosi tanto plain. Double gold lugs. And i love it, its remarkably slicey for how thick the stock is. Yes i edc it and yes i immediately took off the annoying lanyard lol.😅

Crk is running their Magnacut at 63-64+HRC (read the COA card).
A Recent Sebenza 31 Carbon Fiber Front scale model made very end of October my boss had his blade sent off came back 64.4 Rockwell. That's a lot of weight to make that Mark, they are crazy good.
They are doing really good work at CRK!! Yes the card did state the 63-64 and was different than what the prior one I used for my notes. Appreciate you catching that! They make sure to do it right!!

Hows the lock up? My friend has had 4 crk and all had early lock up and in less than a month later all 4 now has 85% lock up now..
No , I dont own a CRK . Yes, I think this knife is awesome ! Probably to nice for me to carry , would not want to mark it up !
Then definitely stick with a budget brand or it’s an absolute waste to buy. These are meant to be used and used hard. The sebenze literally means “work” in Zulu and umnumzaan means “boss”. Chris and Tim literally want their knives used and maintained by the buyers.

That will never happen. Not even a chance. These are two companies that are so far apart in quality that Chris and Tim would never risk tainting their name by working with benchmade.

I just picked one up today brand new from Eknives Inkosi Insingo with micarta Inlay and I paid $600.

No Ti
No frame lock
No left only or right only, must be ambidextrous
No holes in blade (not an issue with CR but my 4th no)
When u order u pick left or right
