Depends is it a gaming laptop or not if it’s an office one then 1080p 60Hz but if it’s a gaming laptop either use the screen or use a 100-144Hz monitor
@@Mindofezs Hz is the number of refresh rate per second so if you have 75Hz then your game could be running at more than 75fps but it means the monitor will display 75Hz/fps even if your game is running higher
