Logan just passed my leadership interview with flying colors. Teams can tell if a leader genuinely cares or not. Logan cares and will make them better. A person with this type of mindset has endless opportunities.

In my opinion, the Iraq and Afghanistan wars were fought by a multi-generational military. In very broad strokes, and especially at the outset of the wars, Millennials were the E-1 to E-4s, Generation X were E-5 to E-8s, and Baby Boomers made up E-9s and general officers. I know that breakdown is very general, and there are always exceptions to the rule, but to say that Iraq and Afghanistan were Millennial wars is not accurate. It is accurate, however, that a Millennial would take credit for everything.
