Will 100% runs start with pale reach or will it be completed later in the run, cause it seems like it provides a lot of good items for the rest of the run
I think it is very likely that Pale Reach will be the second area between Gale Cliffs and Stellar Basin. I am gonna make a video of how the new items affect the 100% run. The Anchor which allows us to make portals will be a time save in every area. The Radiant Trawl Net is absolutely overpowered and will provide money for the rest of the run while simultaneously farming aberrations. It's actually amazing. At the same time, the Glacial Lance gives us access to Oceanic fish without any research. Together with the Sinew Spindle it's the perfect setup for Stellar Basin. I am amazed :D
Do you think they will use anything from the pale reach in any%? You said any speed run will use it but I can’t imagine how it can save time in any%. I loved this dlc it adds a lot to the game. Great video
Thank you!! I can't think of a way that would help Any%. The DLC takes about 15 minutes until you get items which would be useful, but they don't provide enough value to get this time back. The current World Record is 30 minutes. But the DLC provides massive benefits to the 100% run:)
