He is using his Mom's Surname, and his father Paul Seperria was the lead guitarist for the band Rockstar back in the day. EZ MIL is gifted that he is multi talented when it comes to musical talents like his Dad. He grew up in the Philippines, particularly in the Olongapo City vacinity which he proudly mentions in the video 2 2 double o ( 2200 area code ) for 17 years, then he moved to the USA since 2015. Just as a footnote, he spoke 3 languages on the video ( english, tagalog, ilocano ) yes, 2 dialects in the Philippines that are prominent on the big island of Luzon.
