What's the machine directly at the back? Is that the Korean brand (I forgot what it's called)? How is it?
It's called the Zarre, from El Rocio. It is a semi-programmable variable-pressure machine. Coming to Prima very soon! :)
Is the grind size stepless adjustable?
Yes! Mazzer commercial grinders feature stepless adjustment.
