Thank you for your video. The instructions from the factory were a bit confusing. Your demonstration is excellent!! I use it every time I have to change time, etc. Thanks again!!!
This video covers ALL of the buttons and how they work. Made my setup a piece of cake ! Thank you for a very informative and correct video ! The button labeled "week" had me confused until the video showed me the "week" button really means "day".
Same with us. We lost it and had to reset after a major power failure and rewiring. And I really appreciated the photos at the end to remind me what's what.
Well, when I pushed the reset button the screen went blank. So I'm charging it again just to be on the safe side. Maybe the cold zapped the battery even though I charged the battery last week. I don't understand what's going on, does anyone know why the screen was fine until I reset it? And still nothing, just a blank screen.
When I was trying to lengthen the door closed I get an err message and the door doesn’t open the next morning nor the next evening. Do I n ed to reset each time I make a time adjustment?
A reset every time is not necessary. I've found that sometimes when editing that the selected day is wrong. Like open Monday and close Tuesday would cause an error because each day needs two functions to happen.
The light will be on when the door command is to open in either manual operation or in schedule mode. You also need the power supply to the unit to be good. The power supply may be bad. The internal battery will not turn on the red light. Are you seeing the word open on screen?
@@projectswithjw this was much easier to understand and very helpful, I’m not sure why it isn’t working for me. I have followed it step by step twice and still when the time comes for it to open or close it doesn’t do anything. I have double checked to make sure I have it in auto on mode and that I have the time correctly set to am/pm and in the 12hr mode.
@@o_ryano2626 Does the actuator work manually? There is also a setting call random that I read about in the manual that causes unpredictable behavior. I never could figure out a way to activate it so I didn't show it. Pressing the Reset and starting over was how it said to get out of that mode.
The one I just received (and will be dropping off for return tomorrow) doesn't have the timer, everything is through the app. Since this one appears to work, this is the one you want. The app driven door is garbage

Clear, concise, and steady camera work. Excellent video!
Thank you sooo much! We lost the instructions on how to set the schedule.
Thank you so much! I lost my manual and couldn’t remember how to change it.

Thanks VERY MUCH, clear and to the point!!
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻THANK YOU!
I'm certainly going to try this, because I apparently did something wrong the first time.
I thought the instructions were terrible. Still working well after 8 months and below 0° Temps lately. Hope it works well for you.

Simple and informative!
Thanks for stopping by! I get a lot more sleep since I've added the auto door. 7pm is staying up late for me. My days start at 1am. 😴

Good job. Thanks
I go through the settings everything is just like yours but my light don’t come on? It don’t open can you tell me the problem maybe??

The power cord and the servo cord may be plugged into the wrong sockets at the controller
I pushed reset but the timer just went blank. Unplugged and plugged it in. Nothing. Now what?
I've never seen this issue happen. My best guess is the internal battery died. Do you have the door and controller power cables swapped?

I cannot get it to work for me even following these instructions, I’m not sure what I could be doing wrong
I thought the instruction book was terribly confusing. I was hoping this would be more helpful.
What is not working correctly for you?

@@projectswithjw Why on Earth would they put a random function on a door???
That's ridiculous.
