Buying Norman will get you a Farm for 100 above the usual Price since you pay 1.000 for him, which loses you Money, however you sell him after which gives 85% sell back so you only actually spend 150 Dollars on the Farm since you keep selling and rebuying Norman.

If you bought norman, you would have 400 and a farm. But then if you sold norman, youd have 1200 cash you could use to buy norman again. After buying norman, you have 100 cash and 2 farms, so each farm costed an average of 700 cash, which is a lower number than 1000.
