If i could confront people (I have done it before) but on behalf of the Gardaí or video people using a phone from an on board windscreen mounted camcorder, i'd gladly record & report them, i can't stand the use of a mobile phone, be it call or texting, The punishment needs to be more aggressive, like month or so ban from driving, people don't care and are happy to get point's and pay the few Euro fine. More needs to be done on this issue!
