It is hard to imagine a lovelier country garden, and the video portrait and commentary are charming. I greatly enjoyed the whole tour, and have found myself re-watching it several times in its entirety -- thank you for capturing this, Patty and Michelle. Just splendid.
LOVE the repetition of your favorite blooms and layering throughout! Simply gorgeous, Patty! Thanks Michelle for the gift of traveling to Patty's garden to share it with us. What a blessing!
My Mother used to own the house across the street from Bill and Patty's house. Mom talks about all the different things they have added to their garden over the years. I love them so much. They have been apart of my parent's lives for so long. They both have the same hobby of plants, so they always have tons to talk about. Beautiful garden created by beautiful people.
That would be my dream garden 😍. All that space in the country, with the red barn. Her beds are so well maintained and unique. I really love it. It's got to be a full-time job keeping up with her garden. Great job 👍🏻.
Enjoyed the tour Patty and Michelle…i live approximately 60 min south from German Valley… i have not been blessed with the abundance of rain…your plants are very ‘lush.’ Thank you for an enjoyable 45min😎
Patty, absolutely beautiful gardens! I especially love how neat and natural looking it is at the same time. You have a great eye for colors, textures, shapes, height & pruning! Garden goals💛💛💛 Great video, thank you for sharing TLC🥰
I love everything about this garden, Michelle. The house is gorgeous, the garden a dream, and what a lovely lady to care for it all. I LOVE all the vintage pieces throughout the garden. And that sedum growing out of the rock looks to be the one I have in my iron bowl, Michelle.
OMGOSH !!!!!! Patty what a GORGEOUS GARDEN !!!!!!! you have inspired me. I had to save this video and watch it over and over !!!!! Thanks so much for sharing !!!!!!
OMG is right! What a treasure. Patty, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful garden. I love the bistro set in the vegetable garden. I think I am going to try to find a spot in my garden for that.
Stunning! Now I want to go out and look at my space! My favorite thing to do is have coffee outside in the morning or cocktails by the bonfire and enjoy my yard.
OMG is right Michelle!! Patty's garden (s) are STUNNING!!! 😍 There are no words to describe how "in awe" I was through this entire tour. I am in zone 9b Texas Gulf Coast and could never have so much beauty... I am 64 (disabled health) and hubby is 77 and we have had to start over in this house a year ago in Spring. I cannot do any manual work in the yard anymore and it is getting harder for him as well. I handle the potted plants and finger pointing. He's healthier & pretty spry for his age, but, I know that we will never have such a gorgeous and mature lovely garden as this or yours. So i really enjoy and appreciate seeing these gorgeous tours you take us on. Thank you both Patty and Michelle. I could/would live on her porch forever 😍💜🙏
Michelle you have to thank Patty for allowing us to see that beautiful space she has created, wow!! What an inspiration!! I would never leave that back porch how could you have a bad day starting with coffee out there.
The garden is just so beautiful I'm the one with the 30 gardens at memorial Park in New Kensington PA and I really enjoy watching people have different gardens and seeing all of it is so pretty thank you for showing us okay
❤ the front yard. Those lily’s are so tall. Oh my the back yard is a dream. Mine is much smaller and not much in it now because of a big leave maple that needs to come out. It to close to the house. But oh what I can see now. Thank you ladies. I love the cottage feel. I can’t wait for my garden to mature. My red maple came down and my Japanese maple is only 5’ tall.
OMG!!!!❤😮 So many ideas from Patty!!! I love the hydrangeas, wanting to get that 19 year old garden YESTERDAY PLEASE... I hope you can find more Michiganders for a garden tour to see my first year garden, thank you Michelle and Patty for so much inspiration ❤❤ I've got alot of plant splitting for next season!!
Little Quickfire is my favorite too. I have 5 scattered about. My other fav is Pinky Winky. That is an absolutely gorgeous garden. Thanks so much to Patty for the tour and thank you for taking us along.
Thank you Michelle what a wonderful tour. Thank you Patty for sharing your beautiful garden with us. Well done, everything looks amazing. Its such fun. Take care and Much Love with some TLC thrown in there as well Lol! 😉
Thank you very much Patty for sharing your garden with us. It brings joy to me just looking at the lush gardens that you have cultivated. Just beautiful.
Oh my gosh, what a beautiful garden. Something to dream about and Hope for one day. Thank you for sharing , such a lovely treat. Gave me a few ideas as well. Have a blessed day the Oklahoma gardener.😊
❤❤❤ this garden! I’m going to “borrow” one idea….the small fence around the balloon flowers and the coneflowers, and oh the daisies too. I need that in my garden.
Sooooo beautiful! All the plants look very healthy and the design is peacefully natural. Well loved and tended to. I’m a bit jealous of your coneflowers. I have many, but the heat this year has faded and burned them quite a bit. Some caterpillars also feasted on them. Grrr Thank you for sharing your little paradise 😊
Thank you for sharing your gardens Patty. Absolutely stunning 🥰. I’d love to know what variety of sunflowers you have planted with the tall blue bell flowers
Perfect way to film by starting with a breathtaking panoramic, which makes me want to poke around closer and explore. This lady has major talent with how everything is arranged. Thank you for sharing!! I am trying to be patient and use what I am already growing to expand in the future. Question: How do you know when a perennial can be divided? If it is a different answer for different types of plants, some ideas of representative plants would be helpful.
I love going thru garden paths and finding hiden gems around the corner. I'll use her idea of hoops and mesh over her strawberries. Also her elevating potted plants in the beds. Cool idea. You're right Michell., it's important to view your garden out the window. So you have another demsion of interest. You should tour Mike's garden in Overland Park. Kansas I know it's too far but he has a channel called Moxie Gardens. Thanks Patty and Michelle
Hello Michelle,Lemon coral sedum is very easy to overwinter just plant in flower pot and put on your window. Thank you so much, I learned a lot from you
This garden is beautiful! I have a larger size yard and would love to be able to do what Patty has created. She is an artist in her own right. I'm wondering what rudbeckia black eyed susan's she has throughout her gardens? I have trouble with black spot to the point that I have removed them. Her's look beautiful and healthy. Thank you for sharing with us.
Beautiful! Thank you for the tour ladies. Why does my purple cone flower look tired and dull? We've had it in the garden for 10 years. Should it be replaced or does it need fertiliver? Thank you!
It is hard to imagine a lovelier country garden, and the video portrait and commentary are charming. I greatly enjoyed the whole tour, and have found myself re-watching it several times in its entirety -- thank you for capturing this, Patty and Michelle. Just splendid.

I do not think I can answer that in a text. There are nuances to it...there are exceptions but most things can be divided once they are big enough.

Lovely garden😊😊
This garden is beautiful! I have a larger size yard and would love to be able to do what Patty has created. She is an artist in her own right. I'm wondering what rudbeckia black eyed susan's she has throughout her gardens? I have trouble with black spot to the point that I have removed them. Her's look beautiful and healthy. Try the American Gold Rush. They have been bred to be resistant.
This is bar none the most beautiful garden I’ve seen. How can I get info to do the garden your at Pattys house??!!
Well this is a private residence who graciously allowed me to film and share so there is no plan.
Beautiful! Thank you for the tour ladies. Why does my purple cone flower look tired and dull? We've had it in the garden for 10 years. Should it be replaced or does it need fertiliver? Thank you!
Try splitting it
