I’m so glad you decided to do a RUclips channel on gardening. I’ve enjoyed learning so much about plants and gardening. My girlfriend and I did an exercise walk for about 25 years before I moved away and she is an avid gardener and was always sharing her knowledge of plants as we passed by neighborhood gardens. Your channel is a little bit like walking with my girlfriend and enjoying the gardens. Thank you.🤗
Good morning, i just love your channel. Hon i have so much to do in my flower gardens, so glad you said gardening is never done. I love to be outside and everyday im going to do this do that , most days it just don't happen 😂😂😂. Love the way you talk just like everybody is your friend. You are just you. Good luck on your channel, you are doing great!!!!❤❤❤
Reliable and beautiful staples in my garden-- hosta, sedum and hydrangea! I love the little lime punch❤ I’m always changing things up in the yard also. Enjoying your channel a lot!
Beautiful gardens. I'm in Mi zone 5 also. All clay to boot. BUT, I am lucky and have big draft horses that I amend my beds with their gorgeous compost.
Thank you for another great video! I love your gardens. We just took out a huge lilac and are putting in a flagstone patio. Taking that out has given us a lot of sun. 🌸
You are doing a great job and the noise is what it is! The summer blooming bed looks great. Wish I could be standing in your yard with you, watching and learning. Hostas do take a lot of water?
I love the look of your Baptisia. I grow mostly the same plants as you do in the Puget Sound area. I got a plant from the local nursey last year. it came back about the same size as a bought it. Maybe 12 stems or so. How long for it to get bushy like yours?
Found your videos a few months ago. I’m really enjoying watching them. I have a question I live in zone 4. Going to plant New Dawn rose bush will it do well in a raised bed in my zone?
I have never planted that. The rule of thumb for planting in containers or raised beds is plant something with a hardiness zone two zones higher than your zone if you are leaving it out to overwinter. If it is a grafted rose, you are always taking a risk vs. a rose on its own root stock. I hope that helps.

They do pretry good on their own. I find only the really really big ones want extra water.
Very lovely gardens and great info
Love this!!

Wow...3 years to full grown.
Lovely tour, thank you! How or what will you use to kill out your weeds?
I will go over it in a video next week.

I love an oak-leafed hydrangea!
Did you ever figure out what happened to your arborvitae??
Nope...they just croaked.....
