how long did it take for yours to come in. I ordered mine over a month ago and have left 3 support tickets and called a dozen times and have gotten no response.
I ordered mine in August 2016 and mine didn't ship until December 2016.
Ordered mine in February, and still no response, and no shifter...
Same here I wish I had read up on that company before ordering it
even I never got mine and placed order with the other company that is aplusbsoftware.com and their customer service is superb.
One a kind of worst experience i had too...considering the fact that these guys wont respond, I ordered AplusB SimuShift knob... my experience with these folks was simply great...what I observed, these guys respond very quick to the questions and the product was delivered in 3 days -- that was quick! Overall quality of the knob is far better than any leading brands in market now... Highly recommended! Just go for AplusB and its worth every penny!

Dont trust these guys...Instead just go for AplusB SimuShift knob..I ordered one from amazon.com and that was delivered in 3 days...Overall a nice product and worth every penny... Cheers!

Hey Jiajun, Just wanted to check if somebody had a chance to try AplusB Simushift knob? I recently got one and this seems to be good. AplusB folks are pretty fast in delivery and their communication was awesome...a good alternative for thrustmaster th8a shifter and few other shifters with decent quality & works great. Certainly worth a try & highly recommended.

Has anyone ordered theirs in the last month or so, just wondering if there is still a huge wait for the SKRS shifter ?
macca kieren thanks for the reply honestly the way you're describing is much less than I was expecting. When it first came out people were reporting waiting as long as six or seven months for me it just isn't worth it but I would be much more inclined to purchase even with a weight of a month or two thanks again!

From what I've been reading you're still looking at about a 2-4 month wait. If you really want this the wait is worth it in the long run. You either order and wait or wait out the backlog.

Yer I've hear some bad things about there customer service I've heard many stories about people trying to contact them and getting no where fast all though I've had mine for nearly a year now I would go for the alternative shifter as I heard good things about it sorry I can't be more useful 😒

I ordered mine on October 27, 2016... order number 3101 and still haven't received it as of yet.
Joe Moffa since you've been waiting 5 months, PM them on Facebook with your order # and how long you've been waiting. The wait time on pre-orders was about 3-4 months. They also complete orders on what they have in stock. I.E if you ordered everything (shifter, medallion, easy jake) they wait until all of those are in stock before they make your order. In the meantime they complete other orders.
I finally received mine around the 2nd or 3rd of March. Seems to be about a 4 month wait right now but if your not in a hurry it's worth the wait. Also my order number was 3318 not 3101.... my bad
