During our discussion he talked about his career taking off the past year since he last sat on the porch, breaking the generation curse, adjusting to getting so much attention, his music blowing up organically without having to chase clout or rap beef, his reaction to a fan recently getting a tattoo of him, having a billboard in his hometown, sacrificing time away from his family for his career, his reaction to learning he was going to perform at Rolling Loud, signing with Republic, his new project ’Neighborhood Poetry’, his music video “More Pain” w/ Toosii getting a million views, new single “Beef” with Pooh Shiesty, filming the music video for “Shining” in Compton, upcoming music video for “Moet”, his personal favorite song on the project “Truth Is”, working with Dee Watkins, and much more!
