I mean
You cant do a perfect leg split without any practice, do you?
Your vocal range is indeed limited.
But constant vocal trainings will slowly but surely expand it.

It's important to not strain to hit notes that are out of your range. If this exercise starts in your mid-upper range and then goes up it's the wrong one for you. I recommend learning these piano patterns and then playing them on a digital piano app on your phone and then you can custom fit these to your vocal range, or use a midi creator.
