Very curious if with the high compression piston and larger valve set if you can use the taller base gasket to run an aftermarket camshaft or not.

Hey dude. Did you try to measure the diameter of the sleeve that goes through the counterbore and also how thick it is? Thanks!

Northern mx , you didn't re-adjust the valves on that big bore install ?

My Crf110 is leaking oil from the cylinder gasket I just bought the bike and noticed it. Do you think I could just double check to see if the 4 main head bolts are 10 pounds of torque and hope it’s just loose and see if that fix’s the leak? Only because I’m able to take the valve cover gasket off and adjust the valves but never pulled the whole cylinder just to have to replace that gasket.

You could try tightening everything a little bit more but the best practice is to replace the leaking gaskets

@@user-zw1zh1qq2d if you’re talking about getting the gear back on to the cam shaft when the chain is around it then pry it on with a screwdriver. Mine came up a bit short also

Great video, hey quick question! My 2021 crf110 doesn't have a t mark and a line, it just has 3 timing lines. Is the center one the correct one ?

Hey thanks, but I’m not sure about that. It’s best to refer to your service manual as it will usually have some kind of picture

Where did the torque wrench come from?

      It’s a Mastercraft 1/2 torque wrench I got it from www.canadiantire.ca/en.html
