You know what really bites….is in the DOT road test you have to use the clutch… 😬. When I was in school I pushed the clutch too far, plus the double clutch (for an experienced standard 4 wheeler), is crazy hard, and by the time I got the clutch right, I was never fast enough! 😂 I had the best teacher though thank you Vlad, you’re the best! ❤️🚛🚛🚛
The Jake delay is programmable with Cummins insite software. Can be set to come right on like the old mechanical engines. Glad to see you back in the saddle. I favor tight mountain dirt roads over city traffic when hauling the lowboy, but that’s the beauty of doing lowboy work, every load is a new challenge. Keep on trucking brother
Hey, glad to see you working again.Keep up to good work. You're doing a good job, your friend from Detroit Michigan.Oh yeah.I love that Peter bell. You're a lucky guy and drive a truck like that😅😅
I'm learning how to drive a semi watching your vids I'm form the UK and already have a class one license but all our trucks over here are cabovers and semi automatic. I'm interested in learning again its been a long time since i owned my volvo f86 tractor unit thanks for your very interesting videos 😊
Great video enjoy the content PA ain’t no joke to drive through. Been there a few times those four wheelers need a little encouragement to let you change lanes they act like they can’t see the blinker, but they sure can see when the truck starts moving in their lane lol have safe travels man can’t wait till the next video.
Having to deal with getting in and out of that yard everyday is a job in itself. Finding someone qualified for that position couldn’t have been easy, they definitely gotta open up the wallet to keep drivers around! Best of luck!
That peterbilt 389 semi truck sounds awesome with the powerful isx Cummins engine power turbo whistle 😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎😎
In Chicago a lot, I usually take the turn lane and the 2nd lane both, then take the tractor wide around the corners,if someone trys to sneak by I trap them and then just give my best blank look till they figure it out 😊😊,this is how humans learn..by failing or screwing up altogether
I always try to time turns and lights in a way that i can keep the wheels rolling. It doesnt always work in my favor, but its the goal. Also, id rather navigate the steepest mountain roads than deal with driving in a city. Any city. No thank you haha.
I agree with you keeping the wheels rolling! And I also really enjoy mountain runs! Although I lost air once and had to ride it out until I had an uphill to slow the truck down. That was a real scary ride
so cool for you to be watching the videos! Your son is an awesome guy! For the few years he's been driving and teaching himself a lot he is damn good!! He's done a lot for me and taught me quite a bit here. I'm grateful to be his coworker and him and I as a team are gonna knock stuff out this year!
hello, surprisingly the engine speed required to move the vehicle forward (we see the rev counter on the video) I thought that American trucks require less effort than European trucks)
Good video but you really shouldn't drink those energy drinks they are horrific for your body not only that if something happens and you have to use a breathalyzer you will blow a positive. I found that out the hard way . Truck on
Cigarettes when I was 11 or so, probably cause a lot of my family did and I wanted to be cool I'm sure I don't remember. But unfortunately it's the worst habit ever. I quit a year ago and a few months later picked up a vape rather than buying a pack of cigarettes but now it's time to quit these!
Awesome video! I like the talk throughs, as someone who is working toward getting a CDL lol.
