It comes with over 50 studies with questions and answers then a bucket load of mock tests. Keep doing them and learn from what you fail on, once you start showing good marks on the mock then you should be good to go. For the day of the test be sure its not a morning one because you need to waken your brain up first and go in with a HGV Mindset. I got 45/50 and the pass is 40/50 I failed it twice before and both were morning tests. This one was an evening test so my mindset was focused on HGVs.
How the hell did you know all the procedures at various RDC? I’m thinking about going back on the road but all the various paperwork and procedures look daunting!?
When I was doing agency work I was often going to new clients and new places; my main technique was to go in from the start and say something like "it's my first time here, so please assume I'm an idiot that knows nothing". A bit of self-deprecating humour goes a long way.

we had hooks on the bay doors the drivers put the keys on then when the doors went up nobody could get the keys
