I'd say there are better relics for Luka and Lessles but it will be a bit before you can farm them so the recommended are fine for now. In any case, you won't need relics too much yet. World Shops give you nice rewards just for buying though, so it can't hurt to get them either. But you'll be alright with just leveling the characters, their traces and their light cones for a while.
