Totally agree Bernice. While those "thanks" and other response may be well intentioned, it's not necessary to copy all. We can all use a little lesson on email etiquette.
Great video Andy, One extra measure I would consider in addition to your informative video is to consider the size of attachments in line with the right tools for communication as large attachments may affect bandwidth and connectivity especially for remote sites and audiences located in limited internet services locations.
Hi Mohammad - Thanks for sharing. I absolutely agree. Personally, I save all my files in either One Drive or Teams SharePoint library and attach the file as a link. That way, we address your callout about size limitation, connectivity, etc. also ensure there aren't multiple files of the same floating around.
