To whoever did it, this is a bloody awesome piece of work that certainly had me convinced it was the real McCoy, done for the show, the only VERY MINOR giveaway is the fact that the Guest Starring (in alphabetical order) is in a different font and colour, even then that had to be pointed out by another viewer

I feel that Ana Alicia kicked the door open for Sofia Vergara on Modern Family and Eva Longoria on The Young & The Restless. So many legends. In The UK alot of Soap Actors/Actresses get their Start on and act on UK Police Shows like Z Cars, Juliette Bravo or even The Sci Fi Show Dr. Who.

Great job! Only thing I would have done despite the alphabetical order is to give a special exception to Lana Turner last and “Lana Turner as Jacqueline Perrault”! Lana was the biggest guest star in the show’s history and it was her first appearance in 1982’s episode “Family Reunion” that literally gave Falcon Crest, it’s largest ratings in it’s entire Nine season run! I did love this video! ❤

Superlative job! The box insets as well as the back grounds as well as the ripples look exactly like the original show. I'm blown away at how you did that! On anther note, I was never into FC stories or the show, (KNOTS LANDING nut), but I did think they had the best opening credits of all the prime time soaps. I kept waiting for the one I dreamed up to show up one season where the box insets would be replaced by a larger falcon and then the cast picture would appear where the "shield" is. The wine ripple between cast shots would be replaced with another sort of ripple that would simulate the falcon flapping his wings to gradually remove the previous cast member, then have another falcon appear, and again the "shield" would fade to another cast member. That way the falcon would resonate all the way through the opening sequence, (To have the falcon flapping his wings should not have been any more difficult to accomplish than the season when they had him flying in from the side to become the title design -- season 7, I think). Your efforts here are truly appreciated, and I loved seeing Morgan Fairchild and Lana Turner. I never could figure out why the show didn't do some of this when it aired.

This is phenomenal, especially how the font matches the credits of the actual show. It's like looking at a real opening sequence for the show! And the background pictures selected based on the character. Awesome work! But just a couple of omissions I wish were there, the most notable being Michael Zaslow (the legendary Roger Thorpe of Guiding Light) should have been in there and had the final credit alphabetically. He appeared in the first episode (of Falcon Crest, not their pilot The Vintage Years). He played Vickie Gioberti's sleazy dance instructor in New York City before the Giobertis moved to California. Would love to see him added in an otherwise exact replica of this fantasy sequence. Also, for fun, the original Melissa Agretti (sorry, I don't remember the actresses name, only Ana-Alicia TRULY was Melissa) should be listed there in the guest cast. When Carlo Agretti and his daughter first appeared, Melissa seemed older and it was some other actress. Maybe its picky, but hey Melissa is a major character and anyone who played her should appear in the real show credits and this guest cast. :) Long live Falcon Crest via You Tube and the internet!!

I loved the 70's and 80's tv shows. They sure had some really classy themes. Those were the good old days and I still love those themes. They are timeless.
Falcon Crest had some fantastic actors over the years! Side note…Daniel Greene was the perfect pairing with Margaret Ladd. Dwayne Cooley was the sweetest guy and perfect for Emma. I remember being so angry when he was killed off.

I remember watching Dallas & Falcon crest every friday night as a boy. I lived in Novato, CA at the time, so Napa wasn't that far away. I remember seeing them film a scene when I swas in Sonoma once. Loved those over the top far fetched soap operas It's a shame Mill Creek dosn't put the entire series on DVD. It ran for 8yrs, and the first 3 are all that is out.

I loved the 70's and 80's tv shows. They sure had some really classy themes. Those were the good old days and I still love those themes. They are timeless.

Falcon Crest had some fantastic actors over the years!
Side note…Daniel Greene was the perfect pairing with Margaret Ladd. Dwayne Cooley was the sweetest guy and perfect for Emma. I remember being so angry when he was killed off.
3:55 - Gary Imhoff, who plays Curtis Estabrook in "Falcon Crest" is also the voice of Prince Cornelius in "Don Bluth's Thumbelina" (1994).

I always think of this theme song when I drive into my 200 acre property and to my mansion.
Was looking up Apollonia, the late Prince's love(?) interest. She is Patty Kotero, from Minneapolis, on the video. Also from Minneapolis is former Minnesota Vikings player Ed Marinaro!
Looking at the beginning, with the long shot of the farm, and then the picture of Eddie Albert, I thought this was Green Acres.

I remember watching Dallas & Falcon crest every friday night as a boy. I lived in Novato, CA at the time, so Napa wasn't that far away. I remember seeing them film a scene when I swas in Sonoma once. Loved those over the top far fetched soap operas It's a shame Mill Creek dosn't put the entire series on DVD. It ran for 8yrs, and the first 3 are all that is out.
