Covid didnt affect the pricing, it is genuine and you can verify it from any Architect or Interior designer about the materials used and labor cost as well.

Har ek client pe individually depend karta hai ki budget kitna khichna hai, koi client agar bole ki mai 10 lakhs hi kharch karunga ya 5 lakhs hi kharch karunga isse zyada nahi karunga, tabhi hum uss hisaab se client ko alag alag suggestions dete hai. But agar aapki requirements bhi bohot saari hai aur budget kam hai then mushkil ho jati hai dono parties ke liye.
According to me ek time pe koi ek hi chiz achieve ho sakti hai, either budget or clients all requirements.

But things needed are increase in FSI to 12 - 15, reduction of Capital gains tax & income tax & GST, maximum two houses per Aadhar Card or PAN Card.

Sir, housing costs are out of budgets where per capita income is just 1.8 to 2 lakh rupees per annum. Minimum 600 sq feet homes are needed for family of 2 - 3 people.
@@mandarp9472 First of all housing costs are not same all over Maharashtra it is variable.
Secondly I don't know about per capita income but I can say that income of each individual depends on his qualifications and mode of earning whether he/she is earning from job/business/anything else.
Thirdly each family has their own set of needs/wants, On one side we can see 6-7 people staying in 300 sqft. space and on the other side 2-3 people staying in 1200 sqft space. It all depends on individual families choices, budgets, income, etc. all other factors.
Finally, I don't understand why are you commenting this here? what is your suggestion? what do you want me to notice?

Sir, lack of space can not be compensated by any design, furniture or modern technology.

Hence we are designing in such a way that all requirements are covered.

Bathroom wall is shifted creating more space in the kitchen that is the reason kitchen looks open and wide.

There is also some space for washing machine in each and every flat, we need to recognize it, sometimes need to put it intentionally and sacrifice something else like storage space, look of the space or the other.

Work is good but cost is too high. In Noida you can buy a whole new flat in 14 lakh and we'll furnished with wood work false ceiling and wood work in 6 lakh.
