Thanks, DDR.. This is great... Today at class we have group of 15-20 mentally challenged adults come.. Always a high energy day starting right when they walk in the door. This will be a great "clam" start for class.. I am always amazed at how well these folks do..and love it!
Jaclyn - yayy! Hearing that one of these short vids can help brighten your day makes me so happy. Thank you for letting me know - and I hope you find many more here as well.
Such a cool combo! Thanks for revisiting the windmill and that shoot the tiger, that was cool. Love the waves in the background too. Awesome all the way!
Oh my gosh I LOVE this! Beautiful scenery, and really did improve my mood! Thank you so much for this, can't wait to do this enough times so all the legwork won't feel so tiring lol!
Wow that was amazing! I have been searching for a gentle but effective exercise for a Fibro/RA sufferer and I have found it! After 10 mins I feel worked out and my flare-up feels so much better! Thank you so much!
On days when my schedule only allows "quick Tai Chi", I combine this one with the "Meditation in the Rain" video. Both have some moves that confuse me which makes me laugh and keeps me coming back to master them.
Smooth Jazz would not have been my first choice, which is most likely because I personally don't like Jazz very much, but Great video! 10 Minutes are a perfect time for this kind of thing and even though, some of the movements are quite complicated, you make it, that it is still relatively easy to follow, at least with a couple of repeats... which is the whole point i guess, so not a complaint! :-D Camera zooms are also at the perfect moments, only thing that was kind of annoying was the guy casually walking along the beach in the middle of the video, but since one gest quite invested in the actual exercize it is somthing that can be overlooked.
Absolutely beautiful! I loved this! Coffee got cold though because I totally forgot about it. :) For some reason this one has me really yearning for the beach - the sound of the waves, the sand between my toes - but it's February in Michigan! A few more months to go . . .
Hello, I really like this flow sequence. The upper body movements feel great. What are the names of the 2 movements after the new moon movement? Thanks!

I really love David's Sunrise Tai Chi. That's the one I start my day with.
Getting my cup of tea now :)
Mmmmm! I was drinking tea while editing too!
On days when my schedule only allows "quick Tai Chi", I combine this one with the "Meditation in the Rain" video. Both have some moves that confuse me which makes me laugh and keeps me coming back to master them.
There were some tricky moves there. :) I will be back to practice again in the evening. Thank you.

Just about the time that spring and summer come to the Midwest, I'll have to shift to filming in the mountains! ;-)
Thank u kindly, DDR! GOD BLESS U! If have moves for osteoarthritis all over, pls show us a video? Hurts all over spine & extremities too.
added to my qigong playlist
Music sounds bad likes it’s fading in and out
Loved the lesson
A list of the movements would be helpful.
Greetings from South Africa. Who is the Tai Chi master depict in this video please?
Hello, I really like this flow sequence. The upper body movements feel great. What are the names of the 2 movements after the new moon movement? Thanks!
I like verry much Tai Chi...You have a lot of videos. What to start with?
David, wat is this in terms of style? I’m just interested ‘cause I normally practice yang style. Cool video though.
when I closed my fists, I felt the energy built up. wow , what an amazing routine. Thank you
Glad you enjoyed it!
I love your videos. I do listen to them on mute. The music is ok it just does not match my mindset for the movement.

Dear mr Ross , great vid , but ur taste in music as far as qigong goes , awefull to say the least
Marina Rassin Hey I hear you. Music is always very personal. Whether you love it or hate it - you’re right.
@@DavidDorianRoss nope its not the taste , I like the soft jazz, but the rithme doesn't have the same flow as the chi, can t you feel that?
