Today we are talking about 5 types of accommodations in Sweden. I am talking in details about each of them, but of course, it's difficult to mention every single thing.
    1. Bostadsrätt
    2. Hyresrätt
    3. Kooperative hyresrätt
    4. Äganderätt (ägarlägenhet)
    5. Student apartment

Hey, the rental prices vary a lot depending on where you live and infrastructure around you. I made a video about expenses and there I talk a little bit about my rental Cost of Living in Stockholm | housing, internet, food

Thanks for the explanation! Is there a platform or agency that offers only "owner apartments ". I have tried but all listings seem to be association owned. Thank you!

As far as I know there is no such a platform. If you are looking to buy, you can visit Hemnet.se and filter it out by ”ägarlägenhet” so it shows you only this type.

@@leilaland23 Thank you so much! Appreciate your input. That's the best platform I've found. The swedish is most confusing, so I think I must first build some vocabulary before I try again. Enjoy your day!

One wonders if such systems also exist in other scandinavian countries. Interest talk Leila

Thank you Perth! I believe something similar exists in the other Scandinavian countries, at least similar in one way or another

Thank you for this information. For how long do you own your Bostadsrätt apartment? Is it for life?

You own it until you sell it. Thanks for watching 😊
