The big guy has a good technique and power, but always gotta remember the net height is 2.24cm. Im way more impressed by the skills of their receivers and setters, those bumps and passes are amazing and thats from the perspective of a coach which i would call myself. My womens team could still learn alot from watching these games, even after lots of years of practise. ;-)
ye, that is kinda true, i'm playing for about 3 years now and i'm just starting to learn how to do that, but i think it will take about a year to master it

playing volleyball for a couple of years - still dont know how you produce such explosive spikes as those dudes do :D
