    蛋黄2粒
    鲜奶350毫升
    榴莲肉350公克
    淡奶油400毫升
    **果肉够甜是可以省略了加糖的,若甜味不足则必须加炼乳或糖哦!
    **淡奶油有分植物性奶油及动物性奶油,植物性奶油需冷冻、带微甜较好打发可是不太健康。动物性奶油需冷藏、无甜度,在进行打发时盆底垫着冰块较好打、操作比较繁复但也较健康。
    Ingredients :-
    2 egg yolks
    350ml fresh milk
    350 grams of durian pulp
    400ml whipping cream
    **If the fruit pulp is sweet enough, the sugar can be omitted. If the sweetness is not enough, you must add condensed milk or sugar !
    ** Whipped cream is divided into plant-based cream and animal-based cream, plant-based cream we call that topping cream and needs to be frozen, slightly sweet and better to whip, but not healthy. Animal cream we call that whipping cream needs to be refrigerated and has no sweetness. It is better to be beaten with ice cubes on the bottom of the basin, and the operation is more complicated but more healthier so.
