@@doc.georgeandersonjr539 you are being insincere. I live in world Bank owerri. Can you honestly say that Aba is not even better than Owerri? Awka has some bad roads just like every city, but it is better than Owerri that has dilapidated dusty and muddy roads, no functional flyover, etc
