A good bond industry niche would be to write bonds at less than the 10% premium when the bond is fully covered by collateral. For example the $650k bond example she gave, where the cosigner had a $700k free and clear house as collateral. That is $65k, minus 12% for the underwriter and 10% to the build up fund leaves her with $50,700. I think there is a good niche if you can be known as the "7% guy" when your bond is fully secured by collateral.This method would likely be better suited online buying certain Google advertising.
They're not always 10% that's just the standard. Depending on your credit and severity it can be as low as 0.5-1%.
Fees are different state to state. In Florida it’s illegal to take less than 10 percent.

I work as a security officer for the bexar County Hospital, and I deal with homeless people and criminals all the time. This woman is an inspiration to all women like me. I also love how she teaches her children the trade.

Matt talking about not wanting to carry because of a sketchy area or other situations that can't always be avoided. I'm very polite and kind, i avoid arguments and don't drink. But firearm is a last resort option when I have no other choice. I also have a manufacturing space in Kensington Philly. Only place affordable to run a business with the equipment space for the price i can afford as a growing business. Firearm is a backup to a word and all options of de-escalation has failed. My gun will only come out in a life of death situation. Nor should it come out for any other reason. Ego will get you dead.
On the note of felons and firearms. Once you've done your time your rights should be restored within that window. If you are too much of a danger to society to not be able to have a firearm then maybe you should not be in society.

Matt, can you let your buddy Tommy with MSCS Media know that I apologize for criticising him for buying MILLIONS of views? I initially thought he was buying them to build his channel (Fake it until you make it), but I have realized it is done to convince quality potential guest to do a podcast, as well as get high quality advertisers. He literally has a channel which at best is getting 10k views per podcast and has managed to get Monster Energy drinks and Fuji water to sponsor his podcast! He tricked them but I can respect the hustle.I think it's as funny as can be, but I can respect it lol. The sponsors are believing he is getting upwards of 1 Million views per podcast, but he most likely is somewhere around 10k. After I started asking him how he is getting a million views per podcast and only has 65 comments, now he turns off the comments lol.

What happens to the build up fund? The B UFF? When it either gets too big like $2 million or you retire or quit? Do you get all that back or do you forfeit that? I assume you get it back it’s yours it’s just being held as collateral like in escrow. Am I correct in comparing the buff account to an escrow account?

The cort majesty's sets the bond amount and not states attorneys, often times the ammounts are predetermined like a menu of no Vaseline.
I think if you do your time you can carry a gun after you get out but if for some reason the court thinks you can not carry a gun I would say don't let them out

No one probably cares but in Massachusetts where I reside honestly there’s no point in owning a gun unless you plan on going to prison because you used it. Ironically it is restricted in ordering pellet guns or just less than lethal guns you can carry. Which I think a felon should be able to carry a firearm after but I also think that anyone should be able to carry something in self defense. I have more to say but I’m pretty dismayed by this because I think less than lethal would be a smart thing to have as an option but it’s almost inaccessible.
