I barely survived this year valentines.
Looking back, i think since 2016 to 2021 were better for me.
And returning to movie topics, im looking for movies similar to forgetting sarah marshall, long shot, and she is way out of my league.
If the nerd/geek guy has payback against a bullu/cheating exgf the better.
So far i dont see movies of a good nerd/geek in high school, where bullying turn him into some supervillain (not comic one, but a more realistic one)

@@treystevenson9872 I would say that one was a longer stream of crying and it was bad at times but that this one had even more intense sobbing but for a shorter time.

Ahhh, okay, I have not had the chance to check those out yet - the LOTR & Hobbit films (and the Marvel/DC movies for that matter) are a big time investment for me, even for the edited version here in RUclips - but I keep meaning to get to them.
Now that I know Magy gets "emotionally invested", I have some incentive to hurry up and get to them lol.

Sam Claflin loves dying in movies and breaking our hearts 😭😭😭 First his character finnick, now this !
So, in the book, they make it clear that his immune system is broken- he is constantly getting sick( they show the pneumonia in the movie), and his choice to die is all about him not wanting to be in and out of the hospital constantly- the IVs, tubes, fevers, etc. wears him out. I wish they made that more explicit in the film.
I knew I shouldn't have watched this with y'all. I haven't thought about this movie in awhile but remember being emotional. I almost lost my 23 year old son in May and he ended up with a TBI and every day I worry he won't find love and he's the sweetest guy ever. I literally bawled with you magy

Magy deserves an Oscar, her cry is so heart felt and no I'm not making a joke.
I personally remember when the movie came out but never saw it, wich is ironic because I'm in a wheelchair myself.
But after seeing this reaction i can definitely say it's a great movie.
I saw it, and still i think his final decision was kind of a coward move.

Holy shit. I’ve never seen you this emotional since that Hachi movie. At least your friend there was there to keep you company. Whenever I watch movies like this in the theaters, I don’t get emotional at all because I don’t know why or I couldn’t follow the plot. Hugs to you, Magy❤️❤️

Well now I'm rethinking The Notebook... I still recommend it, but it's probably not gonna hit as hard as this one did. Holy crap, I never saw anything hit Magy so hard, and I've seen a few cinematic emotional wrecking balls on this channel.

I have spinalcord injury. Not as bad as Will. I can have the possibility to walk again. Not normal, but maybe 80%. But its really f ing hard. Its daily physio, and sometimes I cant take it. Cant take it anymore. And Iam in constant pain, pain I cant describe. And there were things in my life leading up to the accident which made this the last thing I would manage. It was like driving in the desert and you have run out of gas...And then you look up and it sais nearest gas station is 2000 km away. But I have a daughter that turns 11 next week. And I do it all for her. She is my rock. Iam also an only Child, so I do it for my Mother also. But life is difficult when you Live only for other persons and not yourself. I hope I can find purpose again, but until then I do it for my daughter and my Mother. Iam 35, and its 5 years ago this summer.

And all I have is my mother, my daughter (but she lives with her mom 500km away), and nurses. Nurses, psychiatry nurses, physiotherapist. Those are the ones I spend my time with. And my energylevel have gone down 60%. But everytime my daughter comes here I put myself together and does EVERYTHING for her. She is also part of my daily life. Everyday she comes home from school she calls me on facetime and I do her homework with her, and then play some Fortnite with her😅 She Truly is my everything, and she is such an inspiration and also someone that motivates me. "Daddy you will make it"..."thats Great news!" "Your are so strong" etc. She is one of a kind. So everyday I wake up I Open my eyes for her.
Watched this movie, actually on a plane to Paris. Cried like a moody baby and I didn't care. Of course, I went looking for the cafe when I got to Paris.
Oh, I should add, I'm 6'5, and I was 38 at the time.

The problem with this movie, and unfortunately it's a HUGE one, is that it doesn't treat the subject matter as maturely as it should.
Magy has it right. If you love someone, you want to give them the best in life and your best self. Will understood that if he continued to live, he'd never be able to give Louisa his best self. Not only would he continue to suffer, she would have to suffer with him.
