I have no balls haha, but when he hung the XT3, I fear that if it fall down, as and MD, and the fuji hits someones head, Zad would we in some big trouble, yo can actually kill someone with your cam.
I did a 14-page fashion shoot for ELLE Magazine International using firmware version 2.0 on my X-T3's and the eye and face detection were close to 90-95% spot on. I was working in low light as well. You will see several of these shoots shortly once they come out, all shot with the X-T3 if not, otherwise stated as Nikon FF shoots. Not sure if you were using firmware 2.0?
Benjamin Kanarek it was first version firmware back when I had the camera in sept/oct. It was pretty good but not on the level of what Sony is capable of. But Fuji is good with their firmware and I imagine it’ll be awesome in the next couple months 👍🏼
Thank you for finally stating the obvious, of course you can do pro work with the Fuji XT3. Anyone who says otherwise or "you need a 7k Fuji GFX 50S" just doesn't know what they are talking about.
@@lanycera You're welcome.... In fact I have already done 5 major shoots for ELLE, STYLE, etc with my X-T2's and recently 4 new shoots with the X-T3. Of the last 7 shoots I have done 3 were with my Nikon D810's and 4 were with the X-T3's. When I go outside and want to shoot long for example, will go for the Nikon, as I use the 300 f/2.8, 180 f/2.8 and the DC 135 f/2.0 lenses. But below that and for conditions I fee good about, I have no hesitation using the Fujifilm. I love their 90mm which is tack sharp, but it translates into a 135 f/2.8 which is nice but... how I wish it was an f/1.4 lens.
I’m getting the xt3 soon - I was thinking the 18-55, 23 f2 and 56 1.2, but was thinking of maybe getting this lens too instead of the 18-55, but may still get the 23 and 56 ... what is your opinion so far on Fuji lenses for photo and stills?
dude, I know that I'm late) but you make very high-quality content. need your advice. I have xt3 and a native lens 35 1.4 and a non-native viltrox 56 1.4. everything is fine, but recently I began to think about 16-55 as a universal thing. which is suitable for model shooting and for street photography and architecture (I love street photography). do you think it's worth selling your lenses and taking 16-55. Now I'm more into modeling. in the same format as in this video. mostly in street locations. Or still leave the fixes? can 16-55 replace this for me?
This is a fun juxtaposition with the weather outside while watching this. When you'd film this one? As always, great shots. You're a good photographer. 👌👍
Gerald Undone I shot this back in sept. I just didn’t have time to get around to editing it :p. I’ve been shooting in Vancouver the last couple days I am skipping out on snowmageddon back home haha

Nice to see the shoot. Since you were all working, it would have been nice for the MUA and videographer to get a little screen time intro (in addition to the acknowledgement)
what do you think about the 16-55 compared to the kit? I don't use mine as much as I should because lack of OIS and being extremely sharp cause me to shy towards the kit on a daily basis
Great video !! I think im not sure about should i buy the fujifilm xt3 or the new Lumix S1 ?!!! I want to upgrade from the 1dxm2 to a lighter good camera , advice me ,.. Thanks !
I'm seriously thinking of making this my next camera!!! I have the Lumix G7 as my very first DSLM, and its my workhorse. but I'm going to need something better for model shoots,
Always manual. You can’t really get the same look shooting auto. Maybe if you shot auto shutter and exposure comp at -1 or -2 it would do ok. But auto doesn’t love harsh sun.
Morning thanks for the reply and I agree with you using auto doesn't always give you the type of shot you looking for. Great work. I'm new to fujifilm coming from nikon D3200 it's a huge jump but a challenging one to say the least. Have a great day
