It's absolutely beautiful, the construction team did an amazing job ♥ The house is solidly built and all the little details, like the molding around the exterior windows, the columns at the entrance makes feel like a mini villa. In the US, multi million dollar homes are built with flimsy materials, such as Thermo ply as sheathing, so basically a strong wind would blow the house down. I wish homes were build like this one in the US. My only concern is the lack of a retaining wall behind the house. The hill behind the house could easily turn into a mudslide during the rainy season.

As in the similar fixtures as wall plugs with the window frames they are called dyna-bolts. I am aware that the perimeter of the suspended structure will be sufficient with your fixture technique however in the middle of this structure the overall weight could lead to it coming loose and no longer being retained and therefore sagging in the middle. A big project and again well done 👍

Energetic Girl is the best contractor/crew I have seen. I liked the double brick exterior walls where some only single wide, but this is a cost factor for the customer, so it's not on the contractor I'm guessing.

Scraping the stone house stairs with metal was painful to watch, you should have protected the stairs or put the floors last. Other than that, the house build was great. It's great to see multiple women in construction, that's not something that happens in the west.
