    On the HA8000, the 1/4” TRS Direct In inputs are unbalanced stereo inputs, not balanced mono. You don’t have to use a mono mix if you don’t want to. You just need a different cable for stereo.

      Nice! That makes it even better. I’ve never tried with a stereo mix, but that’s awesome to know-makes it even better!

    Howdy! So, would this method work with the Behringer UMC1820? I have this and it has a bunch of line outs on the back; would I feasibly be able to set up individual headphone mixes through a daw and send them to this amp?

      This is easily done. I'm doing it with and identical interface, the tascam us16x08.

    What kind of mixer do you use into the headphone amp? Or do you run out of a DAW into it? I have this exact Behringer and am definitely going to try this, thanks for sharing.

    This is what we use in Studio, so with an X32 and a Wlan you can adjust your own mix.

    what cheap in ear monitors you recommend?

      I LOVE Alclair in-ears. I would consider their universal in-ears if you want a more affordable option.
