Peaceful and Nature is not going to be longer, destroying nature like you have not idea, and that was the beauty of Clermont. So if you looking for a peaceful place , in 5 to 10 yrs this place is going to be a chaos, traffic is increasing already in the Last 3 yrs.
Ohhhhh, that is a HOT TAKE right there. I would have to disagree with you though. The economy is growing in Lake County. Poinciana’s economy is not there and the average drive time to work is 45 mins. When all the East to West connectors are completed I think it’s going to change the face of Clermont.
Question, what is the closest affordable town near Clermont to buy an older existing home that’s not so expensive? Under 300,000? Thank you. Love the lifestyle of Clermont but do not want new construction or an HOA.
🤔Thinking of buying or selling a home in Orlando? Give me a shout!

You may not be wrong. That area was ripe for development though. Tons of land available!
Clermont is definitely my dream area to move to!!!! or perhaps Groveland
Groveland has a ton of cool options available!
Winter Garden is getting old
Yikes😭
Clermont is the poinciana of lake county. It’s going to age terribly we all remember the blow up of poinciana. Low end homes too close together.

The median price point in Orlando right now is close to $390k. If you want to get lower than $300k you may have to look in areas further west.
