We all know that Donna wants to leave Harvey but... Could Louis be right? Harvey has a chance to convince Donna to stay during the two weeks notice period...
Donna can leave for all I care
Harvey deserves better
She’s such a wimp
She didn't but she had too.
‘’’As far as i’m concerned, two adults who care about each other don’t move on at all’’. That was GOLD
🥰
Based!
💯
But it's also naive let's be real.
❤
You can see the pain in harveys eyes, that's how brilliant he is as an actor.
"This isn't how two adults who care about each other move on .
As far as I'm concerned , two adults who care about each other don't move on at all " 🥺🥰❤
Dont forget, Harvey paid Donna’s salary, not the firm, even when Donna started to work for Louis, he kept paying her salary.
He paid the difference.
Only till he wasn't a partner
In this case, that'd be the kind of thing you continue to do when you want to maintain your pain and anger at someone.
If that’s true only a woman could get away with that ;)
@@nidhibharti8203 That's wrong. He paid it as an associate and as a partner.
Louis love Donna so much platonically. The cake thing is so sad.
SEASON 5 OF SUITS IS GOLD TELEVISION HISTORY
No it's not
@m.ahmed Student season 1 is still the best according to me.
Seasons 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6!
It's my opinion, guys!!
Happy New Year!!!
😍💗🙏✌😉👏🎆🎉🎊✨
Seasons 1-5 was golden. After the rest was trash. Kept dragging the story lines.
@@srivishnu8312 shut up kid
This is probably some of the best acting I’ve ever seen. Season 5 and 6 of suits were just amazing
Totally agreed
It's so bittersweet, how unloved Harvey, Donna, and Louis all felt respectively.
But they were all loved, deeply and much more than they knew.
No one has replied to this beautiful comment. But it is beautiful. And you're right ❤
@@emmagbates oh, thank you!
Donna? Unloved? 😂😂😂😂
In Harveys eyes this was Donna breaking up with him.
They were on a break
@@ervanrhermawan2380 nobody likes you ross
@@dinothunder629 ross is one of the best characters on the show lol. If anything no one likes rachel
yes he’s so weird! she was doing this for herself, she still wanted to help him and he treated her like she had done something awful when she was just working down the hall pls
@@vrtuosq And working for the one guy he couldn't stand the most. Donna should've known that doing this would cause issues.
"As far as i'm concerned. Two adults who care about each other don't move on at all"
He basically is scarred from her mother's disloyalty to his father. Donna leaving him is basically a deeper sense of Harvey's personal issues.
Wow I didn't see it like that but you're right!
I feel bad for Louis, he always tries his best to impress yet fails.
That's his biggest problem.
He's a boot licker
This episode has some of the best and hardest hitting moments in the show
It's only now that I realize why Donna left to work for Louis. Harvey and her had such a complicated history and at this point in the series it was getting more complicated.
It shows that Donna really loves Harvey, if she ddnt, she wouldn't have left him.
I also think her leaving allowed Harvey to grow and let go of his hear of people leaving him which was imposed on him by his mother cheating on his father.
After this time, he really opened up and Donna ended up coming back. So no harm no foul.
Yes!!! All what you said 👏🏻👏🏻
THANK YOU 👍🏻 😁 😊
He was still paying her salary I bet if he cut that she would've went somewhere else
@@assassin971 I don't think she would have, not after bonding with Louis and assuring him she wouldn't abandon him, nevermind her feeling a motherly connection with the rest of the firm. It would be okay if she did leave because career choices don't make you a bad person, but Donna could only manage to get so far from Harvey because she couldn't let him go, and Harvey kept paying the difference because he couldn't let *her* go.
Even their greatest moment of alienation is them both covertly holding on to each other.
@@tabithaprovan957 she would have been under paid and simply couldn't sustain her self
I feel so bad for Louis :(
Louis was & is amazing in this show
AGREEEEE
It would be very nice if Donna had left the firm and work for someone else. Then we get see how Harvey functions without her differently.
Rick Hoffman is a national treasure. His character Arc was executed to perfection.
Here come the panic attacks!
She might think he doesn't care but he handled it the way any man would. like he said, rip the band aid off.
Season 1, 3, & 5 are the best seasons in the series
Till 5 it was best
I love the acting in this show.
I'm a Mike/Harvey stan all the way... but that bit about the cake broke my heart a little :(
such a badass move from harvey
Have to agree with Harvey on this one 👏 but that's me
And then Donna ended up back with Harvey again. It would’ve been interesting to see Donna still work for Louis
Wow. That's unexpected turn.
Fully agree with Harvey here.
He was actually right, if you're gonna go dont make a big deal out of it just go.
Well... This made me cry.
Literally the entire show everyone always talks about how cold hearted and ruthless Harvey is, but the second he shows his weakness to Donna she leaves him lol, women.
Louis tried to take Mike a one point and wanted Donna everything Harvey had Louis wanted they should’ve let him quit season 2 when he sent his letter of resignation
Luis lives with pain
why does donna actually leave
It always annoyed me how unsatisfyingly arrogant Donna is
Donna is not arrogant, this wasn’t about their job this was about their feelings and Harvey being afraid. You don’t even remember the previous scenes
@@epaty wdym he clearly does and Harvey did everything he can to help Donna so she don't go jail and she still leaves him after everything he did for her
@@qadi796 as I say it wasn’t about job, she go to Louis because their conversation in her apartment, she also did everything for Harvey but her feelings were bigger that their job dynamics at that time
@@qadi796 Harvey literally told her he loves her, then walked out, pretending it never happened and not willing to take the risk.
@@sara1coco seeing he never gave the context. Leaving cause he said "you know I love you. is pretty high on the red flag pole.
famous last words
Um🤔.....ii couldn't find a band-aid moji......but....OUCH...😖...ii freakin LOVE this show
donna is so perfect....
Their relationship got too complicated so she walked away.
Assets I make. My own luck
Both donna and mike does not deserve harvey both are unloyal as f**k towards him..
Harvey didn't deserve Donna
@@AlezanDeeryes he deserves better
What episode is this? Can anyone please tell?
Season 5
Ep 1
Harvey just couldn't digest that
Sad scene..
He fights tooth and nail to protect her from being charged with *Felony fraud* and this is what he gets in return. SMH.
In my humble opinion they should have never gotten back together. He could have gone with Scottie, Paula, Zoe or ANYONE other than Donna. It felt like such a forced choice.
I am guessing the other two actresses has another project they wanted to pursuit at the time.
Totally agree! Her ungrateful self completely backstabbed Harvey!
Yeah 100% agree! I always loved Scottie. And she is one woman that would’ve done anything for Harvey.... I mean literally anything. She loved him so much
Harvey was in love with donna, and dreamed about her,the perfect person for him was donna because the only person who told her everything in his life was donna ,donna always put him first but scottie or others didn't ,and finally he chose donna, you shouldn't always consider a women to be hot,you should look at other aspects as well
He fought for her in court because he was in love with her, and she was in love with him *and he knew it*.
He knew she was in love with him, but he wouldn't claim her. He wanted her to stay in emotional limbo forever, because letting her get that close gave her the power to ruin him like his mother did and he didn't have the courage to chance it. All Donna did was move down the hall, because being close to Harvey knowing he would never let her love him the way she wanted to became unbearable to her.
You choose only to see Harvey's pain, but if the genders were reversed you'd call him an emotionally stunted, ladder-climbing ice-queen, because there just has to be a villain to you and the woman is the easiest target.
But there are no heroes and villains here, just two people in love and scared.
Harvey was 100% right here. Donna has such a smugness about her that she becomes annoying after a while.
she had all the right to quit if she wanted
@@vrtuosq That's not what they said. Try to not have such bad scope creep.
@@vrtuosq but she clearly didnt want to quit tho, she wanted harvey to fight for her to stay. but shes too smug and it backfired
I agree, as amazing as she is sometimes, she can be really really selfish and a little manipulative.
@@Incarnate-1 If she wanted him to fight for her to stay then why did she repeatedly turn down his attempts to get her back?
she wanted Harvey to be open about wanting her romantically *because he did*. But he wouldn't do it because he didn't want to risk it, so she left as civilly as possible because it was killing her to be mutually in love with someone who wouldn't make a move, and Harvey was cold and angry at her for it, tried to punish her by rebuffing her courtesy exit, then promptly had a breakdown. If he wanted her only in a professional/friendship capacity it would have caused him zero pain and little inconvenience to let her transition to a new job.
No one would need to explain this to you if the genders were reversed. No man would want to continue working with his best friend when she loved him back romantically but got stone-faced and silent when he tried to talk about it. He'd leave like Donna did, and you wouldn't blame him or call him names.
Oh harvey, you just got litt. 😅
I find it so selfish Harvey
She tells him that no matter what her life turns out to be, she will always be his friend, her feelings for him will never change and she will always care for him.
He, instead, tells her that she is important to him only as a secretary and if she leaves, he will remove her from his life.
If you think that is the thing you're dead wrong
Ora che la MARKEL è tornata in America perché non riprendono la SERIE DI SUITS !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes obscene !
This is the shtiest thing Donna has ever done and she done a lot
Facts she's so self centred and corny also selfish
One. More. Down latest Hollywood. Man mind
🥺🥺🤧
I wish Donna would go to another TV show! This show stinks now !
Louis Richards true
Side note- the fact that your name is Louis makes it funnier😂✌️
Donna deserves her own show
Donna is right,if harvey likes her or not he should tell her clearly, here harvey is blame
Over a decade working together, he pays her out of his own pocket the entire time, gets her out of a potential 3-5 years in prison. And she leaves. Loyalty of a woman in a nutshell.
ok incel
