Wow!. A Cloud and a Spirit. Two very handsome cars indeed. And the woodwork is superb in both of these. That's what appeals to me most about these cars. It's all the craftsmanship that goes into them including all the book matching of the veneers. Quite a few other nice cars there too. Thank you for the walk around sir.
Sir, I can't believe the Silver Cloud LWB has such a low estimate. Maybe nobody actually wants them! The Silver Spirit was nice, but there was some problem with it which meant that I could not drive it, sadly.
@@lloydvehicleconsulting Yes that is certainly a low estimate for the Silver Cloud. I thought it would be much higher. Though someone would need a large garage to store it what with those LWB cars being 18ft long. Shame about the Spirit though. I hope the problem isn't too serious. That car has a beautiful interior.
Just when I thought the nice blue VW Golf would be a sensible car what should you show next but a RR Silver Cloud 9:13. Let's face it that is just sublime. Then along comes another Rolls 10:40 ☑ I am not a natural fan of German cars: their Teutonic ambience seems to grate with me. But the BMW at 13:27 is rather appealing 🏁. ....but perhaps not as much as the Jaguar S-Type 16:05 👌. Twelve hundred pounds? That would be my pick of the day perhaps. I like the X-Type too 18:16. Despite my aforementioned lack of enthusiasm for German cars I do like the Mercedes 190 at 22:11. It somehow seems "solid" and "dependable". I like the cloth interior too.
Sir, glad you enjoyed the Jaguars and the Rolls-Royces. Everyone seems to have enjoyed the 190E, even if it is not actually the desirable Cosworth version, it just looks like one! The Silver Cloud was a remarkable car for the money...
The blue MGB looks to be the exactly the same (lovely) colour as the Triumph Dolomite I once had - were BL sharing paint colours between different brands in the early 80's? Jaguar X Type sill rust is I understand hidden behind the sill covers and almost impossible to see without some dismantling - otherwise they would be seriously tempting at this money. The gold 190E with the body kit looks very nice and is the car I'd want to o this selection.
Yes, I think the colours were slightly different, but I am not entirely sure. The X-Type (like Rover 45) has sill covers, and both suffer from rusty sills, sadly, which you cannot see with the covers in place... The 190E was lovely, but would be a bit slow.
Are the modern cars in this auction recognised and sold as "collectables/vintage" or are they just modern cars that happen to be being sold in the auction along with a few vintage cars?

I can't remember what it was, but I don't think the issue was that serious. I suppose we will see what these two end up selling for!
@@lloydvehicleconsulting That would be nice to know. Especially the Silver Cloud.
I suppose the auction results will be public some time after 2nd October.
Thanks for the enjoyable and educational vid! Some of the values at the moment are shocking! Will be interesting to watch they go for
Yes sir, I suppose we will have to see what happens with the auction after it has happened on 2nd October.
Very much looking forward to future reviews of some of the stock in this video! Thank you, sir.
First video has already been edited, sir. Got two more to do. I have been invited to come back for their next Classic and Modern Car Sale already...
An excellent shuffle sir, some cracking looking cars, for me some of my favourites has to be the Golf, Brabus Smart, Focus and the Audi A3.
Mr Watters, sir, are you thinking of picking up a bargain?
@@lloydvehicleconsulting very tempting Sir, very tempting, but my Good lady wife might have something to say.
Sir, my lady wife would say much the same.

Surprisingly, that BMW 6 has actually aged quite well design-wise.
Just finished editing the review I filmed on it today.
@@lloydvehicleconsulting I look forward to seeing it. 👍
It's in the queue somewhere...

It's in the title of the video.
