Great production, Flo, in showing what it takes to win these biggest tournaments. For us, hobbiests here on the outside it feels almost unbelievable. Winning a local tournament isn't easy, but on the highest level, against world champions, consistently time after time, it's for only a few in history. Mica is special!

There is more than a single way to learn Newaza and Katamiwaza to be successful at IBJJF rule set. This is the truth for the rules of IBJJF.
