These are v good for reducing anxiety and living in the present moment. Anxiety is usually caused by stressing over the past or the future but when doing these the brain is only focused on the tongue twister which is the present moment 👌

I can make already all these sounds but I find that during the conversations I switch my acent to my old beloved acent, but I will definitely make do these tongue twisters everyday before I go to work so that my tongue gets used to the new adjustments tht I made. Tnx sir.

@Infamous Infinity it did helped me alot. It was just hard and boring to keep repeating the same thing over and over, but its rewarding. You just wait until your tongue gets used to the new adjustments, but you should really train your tongue so that it will it comes easily without trying hard during conversations. Peace ✌

Please explain further. If I pronounce these well, straight off, even at speed, does that mean they were not meant for me? Correct me if I’m wrong: pronouncing these well and reliably at conversational pace is MUCH more important than saying them quickly. Yes? No? Thank you. Your voice is impressive; your clean diction and strong breath support convey immediately.
