Mr. Sinister is amazing, especially horseman of apocalypse. Parry and hold heavy once or twice to build up bleeds on yourself. Then parry and do a 5 hit combo pushing him over 1 bar of power. He evades and hits you with his special 1 with tons more bleeds. But then as soon as his SP1 is over you just sp1 him to transfer all those bleeds back to him as degens. He just melts.
A counter option could be Dormammu : bleed immune and power drain with 2 medium attacks. I think both Visions could also keep him under a bar of power and they're also bleed immune. Thanks for your video, cheers :)
There are a few more counters you may have missed Kushala: Blocks unblockable and regens block damage Sorcerer Supreme: Same as Kushala except for not blocking unblockable Weapon X: Unstoppable, plus regen Emma Frost: Counters bleed in diamond form, Counters evade in telepathic form Serpent: True focus bypasses evade There’s also Negasonic Teenage Warhead
Prowler can also be used as well, just have to use his medium attacks when he has killer instinct, as evade won't work on his mediums, he is also bleed immune.
Not really a counter but Kitty benefits from nearly everything bullseye does. Him not missing and still having guaranteed crits when she's phased supercharges her prowess gain and power meter. Only thing to watch out for is not gaining power from his specials and the bleeds when not phased. If played right you can just spam sp3's for the entire match
the first time I faced this sob was really a pain in the ass because of his evading and bleeding things. however, he is not unbeatable, just hard to kick his ass though, from my experience in fights with him I want to add something: 1. for dealing with evasion, you can choose true strike or true accuracy to fight him. For me there is another option, I prefer to use Nick Fury since he has a fury buff, heavy bleed debuffs with light attacks and internal bleed, and tactical passive charges, which help you hit enemies that can't be missed or evaded with charges of 5 and above, note that as long as you have charges that do not go beyond 15. if you go above 15, you may get fury buff but lose all those charges that you can't hit anymore and must regain them back. the interesting point is if somehow you lost Nick Decoy, he will gain fury buff indefinitely throughout the quest or until he is knocked down, also while having the fury buff while he is in the furious state, any charges will not be expired at all so you can spam kick ass the sob as long as you like. 2. Using a robot or any champion that has both bleed immune and true strike or true accuracy will be 1000% knock down this sob.
Defenders is a tricky one as it can be very subjective and it depends on who you are using. I have considered it and it may happen in the future, but don’t expect it soon

Negasonic is a natural counter for bullseye. But remember that she cant' counter him on stun immune nodes.Not at all.

I dont mind any passive block champ (like bishop), or just to tank it all with Wolv Weapon X, his unstoppable on evades is v useful

His true strike will stop the evades, but you will still be dealing with a lot of crits and bleed damage on non-parries

The coldsnap will certainly stop his evade. Tbh I’m not sure how tranquillise interacts with instant debuffs. Will have to test it out
