Holy name is like the sun and the devotees are like flowerbuds. When the right time arrives, they open up and they can no longer contain themselves. They get up and dance to the rhythm of the kirtan, which is like the swaying of blossoming flowers moving with the breeze on a meadow in the summer sun.
I love his kirtans so much, and i also dont understand why he keeps telling people to sing louder. Deeper , yes. We can go deeper and deeper with Krishna forever. But when im singing at my highest comfortable level, and im told to sing louder, i have 3 options. Go into a level that causes me to loose my voice, feel bad for not singing louder, or just completely ignore the words coming from his mouth (which inherently feels a little bit bad). So i just dont understand. Thanks for this amazing upload! My humble obesencies to the organizers and Madhava himself!
Maybe he refers to sing louder as a group and not towards you personaly. Maybe he refers to sing deeper but just doesn't know the right words for it. It's all perspectives. Maybe he will read your comment and think, maybe you're right and change next time. But what do you really want? Do you want to be non-attached to an equal singer and feel somewhat lightened and in trance? Or do you want to be pleasing for the singer and discard that feeling of balance between the "yin and the yan" where there are lesser thoughts for the moment? Nobody is perfect and it's okay to have boundries to where you view things as how they could maybe be better. For me it's about non- attaching in long terms to the "wanting". Because the moment will just be the moment and will not change through that "wanting" to change something. That's thinking to much in the future. Which I also do as a human. An emotion/feeling can indeed give you a direction, but how will you walk your path? Non-attachment towards a person singing is something that goes beyond for me. Maybe singers, messengers could be just as equal as you and not higher/better or lower, as long as (for me) there is true compassion and respect ofc. which might come from an equal confrontation toward the higher self and a trance-like state where you meet your true inner content self. If you didn't understand a word of what he would be saying, you wouldn't have bothered so much...

Your comment was unnecessary. If you were there singing just sing as best you can.

Read 'Harinam Cintamani" to know the benefits of chanting loudly❤❤❤
Why is it his "final kirtan"?
