- With the rest of the parts in for the rack and the other mods I wanted to do, I was able to finish the build and install the new amp and power strips. In a week or so when the JBL SDP-55 gets here, I'll be able to tear down the old cabinet and do the full buildout in this, then the REAL fun begins!

With a power conditioner it is not just about sound.I have a Panamax 5400 PM and when power is connected or there is an outage the outlets engage one at a time instead of all power on with a power strip.
I don't think there are enough new quality movies to justify your effort and expense.

Im waiting patiently for you to finish this build. I’ve done enough reading to recognize the gauge steel is a little flimsy but..... the price is right 👍 if your near land o lakes you are 5 hours from me. I’m interested in your 3 channel monolith. I think I will upgrade and exchange my klipsch 504c and add a third klipsch rp8000f. I welcome any input.
Tonight is the final install/build, the processor is on the truck :) I'll know in a few days if it'll be for sale or not...And yes that would be a huge upgrade - the Klipsch centers are very weak IMO.
@@COGuyStuff thanks 🙏 for the input. Now that I ordered this rack like you I have room to add a tower for my center. And I can use a nice 3 channel power amp. I’m not in a big hurry, just keep me in mind when your ready to sell.
Great videos! If I use this rack, I would want to use it with the back off to have complete access to all of the connections. Do you think it would be sturdy enough to do that if it is loaded with up to 130lbs?
Oh absolutely. You don’t need the back for anything. I just want it on for light control so it stays dark inside. I could sit on this and it won’t move. The weight spec for it is only if you are wall hanging it.

@@COGuyStuff no new. I was looking at it all day yesterday. In and out of amazon and navepoint, so they knew I was on the fence. I needed heavy shelves but hey are $41 each. So when amazon emailed me the deal it was a no brainer. It was on the clock deal....5 hours to make up my mind
