Well done. It warms my heart to see fans continue to uphold the spirit of this show through online efforts like this documentary. Thank you for sharing these wonderful memories and helping us remember why “Are You Afraid of the Dark?” was and still is one of the greatest kids shows of all time.
The episode that scared me the most as a kid hands down the tale of the whispering walls, I had nightmares about the Victorian mansion in the episode for days afterward.
I was born in 85 and grew up as a kid in the 90s this was hands down my favorite it was just a really special time to be a kid in the 90s I miss it so much
Born in 1985 as well AYAOTD was also my favorite childhood show, the 90's truly was the last great decade to be a kid in terms of great music movies and tv shows plus we still played outside and rode our bikes without helmets.
I remember two episodes quite well. One was filmed in a firehouse and another inside Rockland. I am for sure going to rewatch this with my kid when he is old enough.
Does somebody know the name or location of the bowling alley of the episode "The Tale of the Dream Girl?". It was filmed in 1993. Thanks in advance for the answer.

I always considered this show to be slightly darker and better than goosebumps.
@christinejalandoni5919 Not slightly, it's by far and away better!
