I like it! Currently a teacher during covid. I teach 7th and 8th graders, in person and through zoom, simultaneously. What you describe is pretty much how I teach. Appointment setting is done for me, lol I have been wanting to sell solar for 3 years. I thought covid was a barrier. Now I see with Zoom I have gained a skill set. I am actually in a better place to transition careers than before. I think I need to go for it! 🌞
You left out the most important thing: running their credit and having them sign agreement and loan documents through docusign while you’re presenting online.
Does anyone do solar sales virtually who would be looking to partner up with a solar marketer? I have inbound solar appointments but no one with a virtual sales process who is skilled enough to close them. I don't want to do the closing myself because I'd rather focus on perfecting the marketing
I’m from the d2d world and I moved to powur and it seems tons of people do it virtual. Some claim its just as effective. Is this true or where the industry is heading?
Hey bro we work in Texas what’s ur email I’ll send you over my number and we can get over a call asap ! We have 4.9 stars on google and the pay is good
I close deals on zoom often but don’t look for them. I make sure they can see my face and spend some time on that face to face before I do screen shares. The only annoying thing is getting docs signed through docusign and loan docs, etc. So I walk them through docs first like I would in house then send it.
@@ColbyBlack Hey Colby! I'm looking to start as a virtual setter for solar as well. Are you able to share the company you work for or refer me to any other companies looking for highly motivated and professional setters? I'd appreciate any input. Thanks.
Good job. Just moved over from real estate to solar as a business development manager. This was useful. Happy Selling!!!
Update? How’s it going for you?
I’m also considering the same move.

Great content
Are they really generating 95% with a 9kw using 3,000 kwh in one month?
Is most Solar sold door to door and is there anyone in here who has had success selling virtually?
