your explanation is awesome
Good explanation sir
Sir you Rock!
Clear explanation
sir can you please explain cmos working like n mos enhancement type
Sir u told samll amount of current flows when both Transistor is in saturation state again u told high current flows between drain and source how both are different.
sir that is wrong...in pmos source is connected to vdd and n mos source is connected to gnd....so both the cases substrate is connected to source....you said drain in case of pmos
Blackboard is not clear to write note book sir please give clear notes
Sir
Sir what's the meaning of rails??
Vdd and Vss are called power supply rails why they are called like that means if u observe railway track both are parllel iron bars they are called rails of track simillarly Vdd and Vss are parallel power linea so they are called power rails
@@itzvenkat4288 Thank you so much sir 🤗
@@itzvenkat4288 thanks sir
If you look at the physical design of CMOS inverter, the VDD and GND are two metal rails that connect more CMOS circuits placed near to each other. That's why they are called rails.
Sir, why the substrate of pmos is connected to vdd and the substrate of nmos is connected to vss?
Substrate is like the 4th terminal. you cannot left open, proper biasing need to be done. otherwise non linear effects will affect transistor characteristics. understand Body Effect.
