Growing your own food is realistic. I live in a two bedroom apartment, just got an tower garden for Mothers day. I'm growing bell pepper,peppers, salad greens, broccoli, spinach, chard, and eggplant. Just started last month and already I've got all these plants growing, it's beautiful!!!! I do eat some meat, not pork, but I've never been a big meat eater. I'm set, it's such a blessing!!!
