@@Clover-eh5vh Yes, this is what I ultimately ended up using to watch the video, but autogenerated subtitles aren't as good as intentionally made ones.

When I clicked on the sound in control panel it says No audio devices are installed?

this video made me understand the layout of the device manager and what my laptop needed. BUT I did not see any "high definition audio" under the sound and controller folder, I only seen bluetooth devices I had connected before. I ended up pressing "ACTION" then "ADD LEGACY HARDWARE" make sure to click on ADVANCED, from there I chose the sound/controller category towards the bottom. I then chose "MICROSOFT" then highlighted the "ACX HD AUDIO DRIVER" and installed that driver. Doing this brought my laptops default driver back, which for me was the INTEL SMART SOUND TECHNOLOGY, from there I updated that intel driver and my sound was back!! Sorry if I made it any confusing the way I explained it, but I wanted to comment what I did in case anyone had the same issue as me.

I did all the steps but at last step (control panel...sound) a message appeared telling that this computer can not play audio because the windows audio service is not enabled
And in the window no audio devices are installed

You need to reinstall Realtek(R) Audio in Device Manager, and then you can re-enable the speaker in Control Panel.
