In order to get the new black fuel line through the gas tank rubber grommet, I spray the grommet and line with silicone then run #12 gauge copper ground wire through the fuel line, grip the bottom with long hemostat and work it easily through. Also I put the long plastic tab first and than short tab to seat the carburetor in place, I find it easier. Thank for a well instructed video.
When I was replacing my carburetor on mine, I noticed when i connected the throttle lever To the carburetor that there is a plastic retainer that slides up to make it easier to connect the throttle lever to the carburetor, it is a lot easier then trying to bend the lever to hook it thanks for the video, it was helpful. I am glad that you didn’t rush through the video and took the time to show the steps properly
Hey Jay. I just got one of these today. It wasn’t running. I checked it had spark and fuel in the cylinder with compression feeling good. Its a 2022 with no visible wear on the plastic. It had no fuel in the tank because it was prob sitting for a while from the guy who sold it to me. Put a new plug and Husqvarna 95 octane premix in and after like 10 min it started barely then I got it running. I cut for like 15 min and it died while at idle walking with it to the next tree. I’m going to get a new carb tomorrow for it. How do you adjust the fuel ratio screws on these?
I pulled the kill wire out of the red switch but did not get a good look at how it fastened in there. I have not watched the rest of the video, but I hope you show or explain how it hooks back up. I was expecting a metal male spade connector and there is none. Also I have no idea of the purpose of the connector you pushed off with a screwdriver.
@@JayLewisFarmStyle I watched the whole video, great job. I am still not sure how to stick the wire back in the switch. I was working off a video by a woman named heather. Her vid was just about taking the carb off. ruclips.net/video/CLOtYTZPfqk/видео.html
@@JayLewisFarmStyleI saw that. On Amazon they are $25 with spark plug and priming bulb and fuel filter and air filter with next day delivery. Have like 500+ 4.5 star reviews so its worth a shot over the $150 OEM to try first
@@CrazyCowboyBuilds be careful I got took on Ebay for a so called Walbro.. fits 455 Rancher, it was a Chinese knock-off wasn't even completely machined by a Chinese seller for $16

I would put husqvarnas oem carburetor
If you're looking for one the OEM factory carburetor is a Walbro and is made in the PRC.
New carbs are 15 $ on ebay
What's up JD!
How much will they charge me to install it in Acuña?
