When you made that wood on the dasboard,put next time 1 layer of thin Orange clear over ot. That makes it realy hard to see the difference between real lacked woor or handmade plastic wood. Iam dooing normaly 1/24 cars and trucks. But since a few months i needed to restore a VW Beetle for a friend om me. And it was realy fun to do. I did see you did a Merc 190 and a Opel manta 400 also. These are my old cars i use to have many years ago. I am starting to collect things i use to have back then. And now i see you dooing this,my world and mind is opening way more. @@jaysmodelcarcollection8338 I am now restoring a big Tonka Crane. And it is fun. Bought it at a fleanarket for €10,- with all the wheels on it. Just ellbowgrease,paint,sandpaper and time. Nothing more needed. But i go tomorrow to a big fleanarket,see or i can score some cars. Maybe score 20 and can complete 10. But that is the fun part i think

The rearview mirror broke and got lost, and the radio antenna is also gone, with only the base left. The decals, like the stripes, got a bit torn, as well as the number 53. Could you share your Instagram so we can talk more privately? I can send you pictures and explain things more clearly. Alternatively, you could tell me how to find the necessary parts and paint. thanks for your comment. I know that some people prefer original style, but it was hard to find the missing original wheels, therefore i have done a custom job
It's not randomly painted. The spray can sprays the paint very widely, so you have to be careful not to apply too much paint. the video is also shortened and recorded at 1.5 times the speed. Therefore it maybe looks confusing 😊

It's a mix of revell aqua brown and Orange with black shading
