I don’t know if Daredevil will ever be topped as far as MCU shows go, I feel like anyone can watch and, even if they aren’t into superheroes, can find something to appreciate about it: whether it’s the lawyer/news aspects, struggle between acting according to the law and vigilantism, religious themes, the overall writing, strong side characters, etc.
Moon Knight isn’t even all that tbh - it’s decent at best.. I think when you’ve seen better shows like Daredevil, Breaking Bad, Peaky Blinders (etc.) it’s hard to be impressed by the show.
