5 Reasons for Bleeding in Early Pregnancy

- Bleeding during pregnancy is common, especially during the first trimester, and usually it's no cause for alarm. But because bleeding can sometimes be a sign of something serious, it's important to know the possible causes, and get checked out by your doctor to make sure you and your baby are healthy.
In this video I go over 5 of the most common reasons for bleeding in early pregnancy including implantation bleeding or implantation spotting, cervical erosion, cervical polyps, cervical infections, ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, and subchorionic hematoma (when part of the placenta separates from the original site of implantation in the uterine lining).

I bled at the start of each new week and kept telling the doctor this is not normal. They did a pap test and saw I had like a small overgrowth of tissue(can’t remember exact name) said it wasn’t serious but they removed it. Idc what these doctors say... Listen to your bodies ladies.

I went to the doctor today but unfortunate the doctor Is around until Thursday
Yesterday i tested positive after 12 days but today morning i saw blood and used defferent test and tested negative am feeling blood coming in bad and pain in abdomen
I’m 4 weeks pregnant and I’m bleeding/spotting. Since April 3rd until now. My hcg came out at 10 so they are saying it’s way too early for them to do anything. Also I got a transvaginal ultrasound today. And today after that I started bleeding a little bit more than normal and I’ve thrown 2 clots during the day. Please let me know if you guys know what’s going on with me. I have an appointment tomorrow for my hcg levels again

I went after to the clinic and they said I had an early miscarriage 😓 I was only a bit long but you should definitely go to a clinic to get checked! And to Check your hcg levels

@@viselli236 why would you think your gonna have a miscarriage? Many woman have brown discharge which means old blood and many have had blood like my girlfriend for the first trimester and today my Goddaughter is here and healthy as can be ❤💜 Your Doc should put you on progesterone

I'm 8 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I'm spotting and bleeding, passing clots. The doctor said they couldn't find the baby's heartbeat 😔 I'm coming back this Friday for another appointment.

We have not been able to determine how far along I am. I am going in for my 2nd viability ultrasound tomorrow. I had one last week and they didn't see anything. They even looked for an ectopic. I'm on day 8 of spotting to light bleeding.

@@Imskylaab I had my ultrasound about 2 weeks ago and sadly baby had passed. I was 6 weeks and 5 days, but I passed clots a few days before the ultrasound so it ended up not only being light bleeding.🙁 I hope all goes well with your pregnancy though!!!
@@jessicarichmond132 well I was bleeding because the baby was in my tubes I got surgery June 1st the same day I went to the er for bad cramping I was told it was ectopic & had emergency surgery.

Had my second appointment a couple weeks ago. Things seemed fine went from not seeing anything first appointmen to seeing a yoke sack second appointment then the next day spotting. Yes I went to ER 3 days ago. Me and hubby had sex the night before and the next day I used the bathroom and wiped 3x and saw bright red blood no cramping or pain. Immediately went to ER. They did ultrasound baby was fine. Next day went to dr and she said the cervix is very sensitive around 10-12 weeks. And sex most likely caused it
I'm going through this right now. I had sex with my husband in morning. After that went straight to toilet and wiped myself. Had some pinkish blood. Then it stopped till evening. And started again. Today is the 3rd day im bleeding but its like really light. Sometimes brownish. Sometimes pinkish. Sometimes light red with very very tiny clot.
I called my midwife and early pregnancy assessment unit. They told me to stay at home to take rest and not to lift an6thing.
At first i was very worried that im losing my baby but i knew its not gonna help the baby so now i convinced myself that the bleeding is just because of harsh sex i had. And i dont feel any pain. Just pressure or stretching in my lower abdomen.

Implantation bleeding is usually darker like brown because it’s older blood that ur body is getting rid of. It can b pink or really light colored or brown and dark. If it’s light and there aren’t blood clots in it, you should be fine.

Turns out it was a subchorionic hemorrhage of 1.3cm baby is 12 weeks 6 days growing perfectly fine and healthy

We are the same ,but when i had my TRansvaginal ultrasound they did not detect any pregnancy then my ob advised that i will repeat my ultrasound after 2 aeeks .
