@@QuadStandardLabs Ah.. so is it better than or equivalent to the Siccario? I basically want to fly a BMPCC4K with potentially heavier lens.. was thinking Siccario would be the way to go. Does it lift more than the xFlight X8 though? X8 seems to be nearly identical to the Thicc.
thx got myself a thicc since i am rolling with Blackmagic Pocket cine 6k , watching this video left two things in me, knowledge & my ear bleed from the sound noise...
Good point to bring up ear protection when working with these. Always use ear protection people. Tinnitus sucks and it only takes one run to get it for life.
But the Siccaro is at least three times more beautiful :) Your company seems to be very close to paradise, tho. Maybe with some CAD the performance won't drop that much with a DSLR.

Did prices change in the past year on the Siccario vs thicc? The Siccario body is $350, where as Thicc is $230 (v3)?
Thicc 3 is a different larger platform than 2.1…
