I always thought you only clear the sample if you plan on releasing it through an album/mixtape. So when Kanye was picking and choosing songs at the last minute to be put on the album, I thought the samples had to clear before it can be released. I didn't know you could buy the samples up front.

I like it's only 7 tracks. All these rappers put out "full albums" but like most those albums got 2 or 3 good songs and the other 12 to 15 records are trash. They just put them in as "filler" songs.
I didn't like the first two songs, but the rest were fire to me. This is why I hate short albums.
If you don't like 1-2 songs thats like 25% of the whole album.
Shut up he teased this album with a 10 song EP and put out a seven song "album", you dont need no maths to know there is something very fucked up here
Every song is dope! But Pusha never miss so it's hard to say if 7 is alright.

Pusha T has evolved as a fine man who speaks extremely well with such fluency and articulation. 7 is a good number because its just about close to the time your mind spends being intrigued by something. Its a comfortable number, so it makes you feel like you can listen to the whole thing. kinda like videos on youtube, usually 7 min is pretty good nowadays ;) like not too short and not too long.
